Workflow steps approved out of order

• An approver at Step 60 approved a budget transfer before the approver at Step 30. 

• Approval shows earlier approval date for a higher step than the date on a lower step number for workflow.

Budget Transfers and Amendments

• Check to see if workflow had been re-started, possibly by selecting Period option.

• If journal was already posted, if this happens again, refresh Train or Test for Support before posting for Support to review unposted journal.
