Modify PO liquidation Button does not function

Unable to modify Purchase order liquidation when PO is not attached to a contract. 

• EERP

• Purchase order Change orders

• Permissions

Modify Liquidation amount button appears as functional but selecting it does nothing. Insufficient permissions with no error or warning message.

Navigate to System administration>Security>Roles> Purchase order Permission Folder

1. Select Update

2. Select Update PO liquidated amount Checkbox

3. Select Accept

This permission is erroneous if the Purchase order is attached to a contract as you cannot modify amounts on a contract PO regardless of permissions as functionality.
