Cannot attach to Generic attachments in Requisitions

No Attach button available on generic attachment type in requisitions. 

Only generic attachments are available in Requisitions module. selecting this mapping leads to screen with no input available. 

TylerCM to Munis settings are set to use content manager but save to Munis server.

In order to attach to the generic attachment mapping through requisitions. The user will need to have the permission to maintain document mappings in the Munis system permissions folder.

Upgrading to Enterprise ERP 2019.1 or higher and clicking the paperclip results in generic attachments
