Description of Issue
User is looking to stop workflow email notifications for specific workflow processes
Suppress E-Mail Delivery will suppress emails for certain Process codes when the user's delivery preference is set to Email in User Attributes. What if the User's Workflow Delivery is set to All? Will Suppress E-mail Delivery work for the processes selected?

Workflow Settings
Cause
Need to reduce workflow email notifications.
Resolution
Munis > System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Settings
Click the Suppress Email Delivery tab
Click Update in the top ribbon
Check each process as desired
Click Accept
Additional Information
Suppress Email Delivery will prevent emails from being sent when the Workflow delivery method is set to Email or All, for workflow process(es) selected.
