Description of Issue

Error - rqconvrtl_populateContractTempTables: Dept/Emergency Req xxxxxxxx cannot be converted to a contract. Conversion has been canceled.

Cause

Emergency REQs cannot be converted to Contracts

Resolution

Emergency REQs assign a PO Number to them, so conversion to a Contract is not possible. A non-Emergency Type REQ would need to be entered to convert to a Contract.
