Description of Issue

  • When user clicks Purchase Order Settings link in Year End Manager under task 3- Purchasing Preparation, it generates an error: Error calling doFormEncodedRequest

  • User gets the same error accessing Purchasing Settings directly from the menu

Context

  • Year End Manager

  • do form encoded request

Cause

Resolution

  • Year End Manager is providing a link to the Purchasing Settings program

  • Check to see if the Purchasing Settings program can be accessed directly from the menu: Purchasing> Setup> Purchasing Settings

  • If error occurs when accessing Purchasing Settings from the menu, contact your site's IT or TSM/Saas Support since a GAS Services restart may be needed
