Need to prepare EERP to collect next years animal licenses

• Start of Year
• Animal License Settings

Informational

1. Copy the Animal License charge codes from current year to following year in Charge Codes program
2. Copy the current year animal licenses into the new year using the Start of Year program
3. Update the Collection Year field in the Animal License Settings program to the new year
