Description of Issue

  • Single bill print is not printing correctly

Cause

When going to Single Print in Bill Print, the export file generated from the Define will have missing data causing the printed bill to also have missing data.

Resolution

Development is still researching this issue.

Please utilize the following workaround,

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Midwest > Wisconsin > Bill Processing > Bill Print.

  2. Select Mass Print.

  3. Click Define.

  4. In the Print options section, select Property ID from the drop down menu for Print by.

  5. Enter in the Parcel ID in the from range field and to range field.

  6. Click Accept.

  7. Click Select.

  8. Output, Print, or Save the selected results(s).

Additional Information

Completely close out of Bill Print and then reopen after each bill if needing to print multiple bills.  If Bill Print is not completely closed, then the subsequent export file(s) will contain incorrect data.
