Need to update the rates

Cause

Old rates.

Resolution

To add or update the rates follow the steps below:

  1. From the Tyler Hub menu, navigate to Enterprise Forms Administration

  2. On the side menu, click on the program to expand if then click on the type of Template

  3. On the right side of the screen, click on the template that needs to be updated

  4. Click on the Form Design tab:

  5. Scroll down to Tax Rate and type the new rate

  6. Click on Save at the lower right of the screen
