Freight Method Terms Missing in Requisitions Program

Description of Issue

Where can I find the Freight Method/Terms option in the REQUISITIONS program. It is in Requisition Entry but not in Requisitions.

Cause

In the Requisitions program, fields are in different areas. 

Resolution

Financials > Purchasing > Purchase Order Processing > Requisitions

  1. Search and click into your Requisition.

  2. Click into your Line Item.

  3. From here you should see VENDOR Highlighted in BLUE. Click on VENDOR.

  4. This will open up the Vendor Details for you. 

  5. Freight Method/Terms will be on the bottom right side of that menu.


Additional Information

Requisitions has fields in different areas of the program. You will see in the Requisitions program that there are different areas that are highlighted in blue. These tend to open up different parts of the program that will have more information for you to change if that is what is needed for the requisition.Â
