Report on hours worked by Job Class

User looking for a report that will list all hours worked under one Job Class within a specified range. 

• Enterprise ERP Payroll

• Payroll Detail History

Use Payroll Detail History.

1. Navigate to Payroll>Employee History>Payroll Detail History.

2. Click Search.

   1. Enter Job Class.

   2. In Check Date field, enter range to include all checks in a certain period. Ex: 01012023:12312023

   3. Use Dropdown in Earnings/Deductions field to select Earnings only. 

   4. Enter other search criteria.

3. Click Accept.

4. Click Excel to export to a spreadsheet.
