  • Document is a unique 12 character identifier

  • Document number can be hidden by clearing the Display Document Number checkbox in Accounts Payable Settings

  • Invoice Number can hold 20 characters

  • Invoice Number can Allow Duplicate Invoice Numbers checkbox is selected in the Accounts Payable Settings and Vendors programs, you can enter a duplicate invoice number in this box
