Description of Issue

When attempting to sort by position on the Master File Management → Employees tab, a process error occurs: Processing Error: org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: could not execute query

Cause

Multiple active default positions are assigned to the employee.

Resolution

Please reach out to Support in order to have a script ran to addressed the multiple active positions. timeandattendance@tylertech.com
