GL Settings- Scheduled Job Found with no Schedule Key

Description of Issue
  • Error when opening GL Settings: Scheduled job found with no schedule key. ST_SCHD_KEY not found for scheduled job. System log id: XXXXXX

  • System Log shows: Scheduled job does not match Sched_Key.

  • Scheduler shows Online.

Resolution
  • Although the Scheduler shows Online currently, it may have been offline recently.

  • Set up Auto Update in General Ledger Settings again.

  • Contact Support if you need help verifying that the scheduler is online or if issue continues after rescheduling the auto update.

General Ledger Menu>Set Up/Chart Of Accounts>General Ledger Settings

  1. Click Update

  2. Select Auto Update and Accept

  3. Click Recur

  4. Select preferences for running Monthly either late at night on the last day of the month or early in the morning on the first day of the month.

  5. Click OK

  6. Click Notify if you would like to notify user(s) about this Scheduler running; set up notification preferences

  7. Click Ok twice
