Cashiering Version Downgrade

While we typically do not downgrade product versions, Cashiering may need to be downgraded from a web based version to an earlier version due to compatibility limitations.

Cashiering environment needs to be downgraded

Please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal to discuss your options. 

Please note, this is only possible if you have a database backup from either the version you would like to downgrade to (or earlier). This can be from the environment in question, or Production if you are downgrading a non-production environment.
