GetHSNNumber 0 Unknown Error

Unable to complete a Tyler Payments credit card payment in Cashiering because of the error GetHSNNumber: 0 Unknown Error.

Cashiering (2019.3 & web versions)

The Hardware Console version installed does not match the Cashiering version. 

Uninstall the existing Hardware Console and install the Hardware Console version to match the Cashiering application version. In the web versions this can be done by going to the 9-box and selecting Hardware Console Installer. Additionally, if the Cashiering ui.web address is entered upon installing the Hardware Console, then the program can be updated automatically by right-clicking the Hardware Console icon on the desktop, and selecting Auto Update.
