Description of Issue

Sublocation Transaction Ranking screen does not display properly. The sublocation names are covered up by a blue background and cannot be seen until you drag and drop the sublocation.

Install MUN-466150 once it's been released

Workaround: Drag and drop the sublocation to see the sublocation name
