Employee Issued Property Truncates Description when in Update Mode

When in Issued Property in the Payroll Module and I click Update, all the descriptions are shortened to 13 characters, which prevents me from seeing which record I need to update.

Load work ticket when available.

There is no current workaround for this issue. Know which line needs to be updated prior to clicking Update.
