Description of Issue

TID-W Advanced tier is owned and users need to set up MFA for Okta logins

Cause

MFA needs to be set up for a user by a site's admin user account.

Resolution
  1. Log into the Identity Workforce Profile Manager using account with Admin rights
    1. Access Identity Workforce Profile Manager
  2. Navigate to Security Settings > Extra Verification
  3. Click Setup on the desired MFA option
  4. Follow prompts for designated MFA option
  5. Confirm login is successful with MFA
