Portico Admin Center Users automatically added

Client sees users were automatically imported to Portico Admin Center.

Starting Monday, July 17, 2023, users that log in through federation will be added to Admin Center through an automation that runs at regular intervals. When the automation runs, users that had logged in through federation but did not yet appear in your Admin Center now will appear there. As a result, you might see users listed in Admin Center with a “new” badge on their record that you did not manually add. 

Previously, users that logged in through federation did not appear in Admin Center until they were manually added. With this new update, a recurring automation will add users that log in through federation to Admin Center.

To work with a new user record in Admin Center before the automation runs, you can still manually add that user in Admin Center.
