GB User Defined Fields are truncated when printing invoices

Description of Issue

  • When printing General Billing invoices, the user defined fields are being truncated to around 40 characters.

  • GB UDFs are not text-wrapping when printing invoices.

  • GB UDFs are cutting off on printed invoices.

Resolution

Development is researching the issue.

As a workaround it may be possible to limit individual UDFs to less than 40 characters and make use of sequential UDFs to display the information rather than putting all the text into a single UDF record.
