Description of Issue

Unable to see certain requests within the My Civic App under Report an Issue > List but they do show up within My Reports

Context

My Civic

Cause

Display Public Issue Types is unchecked

Resolution
  1. Within My Civic CMS, on the side panel, click the Report Issues dropdown, click Report an Issue and then scroll down and click Settings
  2. Scroll down to find the Display Public Issue Types
  3. Check the box next to the desired Issue Type
    1. My Civic Issue Type is not showing in Display Public Issue Types
