User cannot update Payroll Start and Status to uncheck required step

User wants to uncheck Print Payroll Checks as a required step on a Miscellaneous Payroll. A Lock Error shows, indicating Payroll Headers as the locking table name.

Close tab with open Payroll Warrant and make the update directly on the Payroll Processing Command Center embedded viewer.
