Payment Entry Validate button and Received Stamp option missing
Description of Issue
After upgrading from 11.3, there is no longer a Validate button on the Bill Inquiry screen while entering a transaction is Payment Entry.
Unable to find the Received Stamp option for the Validate button in Payment Entry.

Cause
Resolution
The Validation option is on the last Payment Tender screen in Payment Entry, next to the options to Print an Individual or Summary Receipt.
The Received Stamp option that used to exist in 11.3 after clicking the Validate button has been removed. Currently no workaround exists and being researched with development.
