Bill Inquiry shows Held Interest on bill but when adjusting the Held Interest through the Bill Detail Adjustment program

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. 

Workarounds until a fix is available:

  • Reverse Payment activity that created the Held Interest. Reapply payment towards on-the-fly Interest or Waive Interest. 

  • Use Forgive Interest program to waive the Held Interest.
