Description of Issue

I would like to print a payroll advice for employee with zero gross pay.

  • Payroll Control Settings



Cause

Payroll Control Setting Print Gross 0 Pay Records was not set to A.



Resolution
  1. Access Payroll Control Settings: Payroll> Payroll Set Up> Payroll Control Settings 

  2. Scroll to Check Category

  3. Double click on the record labeled: Print Gross 0 Pay Records 

  4. Click Update and define with the desired value:

    1. A Print All Gross Zero Records As A Direct Deposit Advice

    2. C Print All Gross Zero Records As A Check

    3. D Print Normally

    4. N Never Print Gross Zero Records 

  5. Click Accept
