Description of Issue

We need to add a Tyler VPN device to connect another site that isn't physically connected to our site.

Cause

Customer needs to add a Tyler VPN device to connect another site that isn't physically connected to the main site/network.

Resolution

Additional hardware may be purchased at a cost. Reach out to your sales representative for a quote to purchase a hardware VPN device if needed.

To request an additonal VPN Device:

  1. Download and complete the EERP-VPN-Worksheet
    1. This should include information for ALL locations, including current location
    2. Request MUST include Shipping Info
      1. Name of recipient
      2. Email address
      3. Phone number
      4. Customer name (ex. City of, Tylertown)
      5. Physical address
  2. Attach the completed worksheet to a new support ticket through the Online Support Client Portal or
  3. Email the completed worksheet with a short description of the request to saasnetworking@tylertech.com
