APVDELNK: Unable to lock purchase order associated with invoice

• EERP 

• Purchase Order

• Accounts Payable 

• Invoicing 

Incorrectly exiting a Purchase Order program or multiple users modifying/liquidating a PO at the same time

Financials > Accounts Payable > Set up > Open Purchase Order Locks

1. Click Search 

2. Key in Purchase Order Number and Year

3. Click Delete

   1. This deletes the lock, not the PO record itself
