Description of Issue

When trying to run a Mass Date Change for Tax, the error NO ROWS PROCESSED BY SQL STATEMENT updateBillLinesForApproval is received. 

Context

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Mass Date Change (txblgnmt)

Cause

One or more of the bills has no charges or installments. The program requires each bill to have an installment and a charge to process successfully. 

Resolution

Please contact Tax Support for the appropriate region and provide the installment dates that need to be updated so that these can be updated by Support. 

Additional Information

Development has since made updates to prevent the creation of a bill without charges or installments, which should prevent this error in the future.Â
