Enable Year End Tax instructions to print on the back of the form

Backer is not showing on the Year End Tax Form

Toggle is turned OFF

1. Open Tyler Hub menu, go to Enterprise Forms Administration
2. On the left side menu:
   1. click on Accounts Payable to select the 1099 Template
   2. click on Payroll to select the 1095 or W2 Template
3. On the right side of the screen click on the Template that needs to be changed. Ex.: 2023 1099-NEC Print
4. Click the Form Design tab.
5. Turn the toggle ON: Show Backer.
   1. When the toggle is ON, it will show orange color.
   2. When the toggle is OFF it will show grey color.

• For the physical copy, the Site would have to purchase a blank stock that already has the instructions on the back.
  • If Site does not physically print then toggle can be enabled to include instructions on the Email image, archive image or both.
  • If Site prints W2 on a blank paper, the toggle can also be enabled but this copy is not normally mailed out. Its handed to the Employee.
