Select Subsequent Titles not selecting partially paid bills

Description of Issue

Subsequent TT not selecting records with a partial payment.

Context

Cause

The last charge line on the bill is fully paid or has a zero balance. The balances on other charge lines are being ignored.

Resolution

A fix has been deployed for this issue. Please install the version of the fix below that corresponds with your EERP version and release.
