Timesheet will not Save

Description of Issue

Trying to save a time card, will not save, in the lower left hand corner java message pops up.

Context

Time & Attendance

Cause

The required Scheduled System jobs are inactive.

Resolution

System Admin >  Scheduled System Jobs

  • Uncheck the employee filter in the upper left corner of the application

  • Uncheck the Active check box filter on the top of the list of jobs

  • Locate the following jobs and activate them

    • Capture skipped timecards > click edit this entry > Active checkbox  

    • Capture timecards > click edit this entry > Active checkbox
