Accounts Receivable Codes must be setup with a particular configuration in order to work with the Enterprise Permitting & Licensing Configuration
- Navigate to General Revenues > Accounts Receivable > Setup > Accounts Receivable Codes
- Add a new record ensuring thatÂ
- Code is ENERG
- Description is ENERGOV
- AR Category is 1 - General Billing & Misc Cash
- Accounting method and Cash Account will be site dependent
- After all information is added, click Accept to save the record
