Munis Help is no longer available.

Cause

The help.munis.com site was migrated to the new page help.tylertech.com. This address is hard coded into EERP and environments running releases pre update failed to load the page successfully post migration.

Resolution

Update EERP to version 2021.10 or higher. If assistance is needed please contact TSM OnPrem or TSM SaaS Support via our Support Portal
