Description of Issue

Looking to find out what we need to migrate to Amazon Web Services so users can connect remotely.

Cause

Preparing to move to a Less-VPN environment to give access to users from remote connections.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you are on the latest release of all compatible Tyler Products

  2. Ensure that all product integrations and URLs are documented

  3. Ensure that payment vendors and hardware will be supported

  4. Get ThinPrint connection service setup

  5. Decide if you need to keep your Hardware VPN
