Mass Update Budget Flags on Balance Sheet Accounts

Mass Update Budget Flags on Balance Sheet Accounts

Description of Issue

Balance sheet accounts have been checked with Require Budget Detail and/or Budgetary

Context
  • ERP

  • Munis

Cause

When using the ImportAccountsTemplate to import accounts into COA Builder (and before exporting to worksheet from the COA Builder), it is important that the Require Budget Detail column be set whether you are requiring detail on accounts or not. Leaving the column blank sets the default to Yes.

Resolution

The accounts can be manually updated. Or a case will be needed with the EERP Implementation Analyst to run a script to correct.
