What are the the Auto-Load options for Time Entry groups?

The options are as follows:

Employees – This Autoload Style will load a specific group of employees into a Time Entry Batch. The employees will be loaded with a defined list of pay codes which can or cannot be restricted based upon what they have in Employee Job/Salary.  No hours will be loaded into the batch

Calendar Work Days – This Autoload Style will load a specific group of employees into a Time Entry Batch, with default Pays and Hours based upon the defined Calendar. The system will use the Payroll Start and End dates, look to the defined Calendar and load pays based upon the specified Calendar > Day Types for the days of this warrant.

Regular Hours – This Autoload Style will load a specific group of employees into a Time Entry Batch. The employees will be loaded with a defined list of pay codes with the Employee Job/Salary > Schedule Hours.

Scheduled Hours – This Autoload Style loaded specific groups of employees into a Time Entry Batch, with a set number of hours based upon Work Schedule.  This option is not widely used.

Time Entry Schedule – This Autoload Style will load a specific group of employees into a Time Entry Batch. If the employees are linked to a Time Entry Schedule, they will be loaded with a specified pay code and quantity based upon their Time Entry Schedule and Calendar.
