Description of Issue

Error prevents saving work order comment in Field Sheet App

  • Error in App: Error adding comment Server returned error

  • Error in System Log: Error fetching Work Order info

Cause

Department was not included in user's Work Orders data access permissions

Resolution

Update user's Work Orders data access permissions to either Limited or Full to include the missing department
