Overtime Pay Code duplicates for some employees when Time Entry batches moved separately

Site is releasing and moving Time Entry batches separately, and seeing duplicate Overtime pay codes for employees after the moves are complete.

Employee had time in more than one batch, and the batches were moved separately. 

With an FLSA OT set up, moving the Time Entry batches triggers a calculation. If the Employee is moved more than once by separating the batches, the calculation will repeat and create additional overtime pay records. Batches should be moved all at once, or the user must be sure that each employee's time is being moved in entirety when the batches are separated.
