Form file is in the incorrect format for allowing Forms processing.

Verify that the saved or spooled report for your form file is in a .txt format. If the saved report is in a .pdf format, the Tyler Forms printer will not be able to be selected. A reprint will need to be done to make sure that the file is in .txt format.
