Receipts Print Incorrectly

Description of Issue

The site needs to adjust the format/layout of a receipt.

Context
  • Munis 

  • Accounts Payable 

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Forms Definitions

Cause

Receipts/forms need to be adjusted to accommodate a specific setup. Margins and lines can be adjusted to fit the desired layout. 

Resolution

Enterprise ERP>System Admin>General Administration>Printer/Device Administration>Form Definitions

  1. Search for the form you want to adjust 

  2. Select Update

  3. You may need to create a copy of the system generated form. Select YES on the pop-up window, if applicable.

  4. Make changes as desired.

  5. Select Display to see how your form appears to the customer.

Additional Information

Does not apply to Tyler Forms or Ready forms. Form Definitions program only works with generic MUNIS setup.
