Description of Issue

Support tech adjusted screen resolution to be smaller for taking screen shots and forgot to reset it, so it is too small to read.

Google Chrome

Cause

Support tech had adjusted Zoom magnification for Google Chrome.

Resolution

To reset the Zoom magnification in Google Chrome:

  1. Select the 3 vertical dots in upper right screen. 

  2.  Click Zoom + to increase magnification
