Cashiering Void Not Allowed By User

One user is attempting to void another cashier's transaction but receives an error Void Not Allowed By User.

The user is missing Transaction Security settings.

1. Navigate to Admin > User Settings.

2. Edit the affected user.

3. In the Transaction Security tab, enable Can Approve Other's Voids.

The user will require having another cashier set as their supervisor. This will prompt a Supervisor Approval Password for the user to approve other's voids.
