Cancelled PO line returns erroneous message about tax amounts being below liquidated or canceled threshold

CA tax site trying to cancel a line item for use tax and getting stuck

• Purchasing

• Purchase Order Change Order

• Line Item

• Tax

Cancel PO Line that was created for use tax results in user getting stuck in line items screen with error message:  Updated line's resulting PO sales and use tax amounts cannot be less than what has been already liquidated and/or canceled when trying to use the Back button

• Close the program tab to proceed

• Root cause being investigated under Research MUN-473182

The cancellation appears to work correctly, but going back into line items will generate the error and get you stuck again
