Description of Issue
Employee has bank outside of USA, their Bank Routing Number includes letters (Alpha), can we add Routing Numbers that include Letters (Alpha) to be used in ACH Direct Deposit File?

Cause
Bank Code Program does not accept letters (Alpha) in Routing Number.
Resolution
In Payroll> Payroll Setup> Bank Codes program: Munis does not allow letters (Alpha) in Bank Routing Number, only numbers (numerals) are allowed.
Additional Information
Munis follows the ACH standard format. This format requires the Routing number to be a 9 digit number.
