No regular YYYY bill exists for the following Exemption Credit record error while generating Exemptions Credits

When generating Exemptions, Abatements, or Credits out of the Exemptions/Credits program the following error is received: No regular bill YYYY exists for the following Exemption/Credit record: 

AR category: XX

Parcel: XXXXXX

Cycle: X

Do you want to continue processing and see these warnings? 

• Property Tax Billing

• Exemptions/Credits (txexcred)

There is a record in Exemptions/Credits that the program tried to generate, but a bill with a matching AR category, Parcel, and Cycle could not be found to generate the Exemption, Abatement, or Credit record for. 

1. Select one of the options on the error: 
   

   1. Yes, with warnings: The program will continue generating the Exemptions, Abatements, or Credits and provide a warning for each record that a bill cannot be found for. (This is the recommended option as it will allow the identification of any problem records). 

   2. Yes, but no warnings:  The program will continue to generate the Exemptions, Abatements, or Credits, but will offer no more warnings. 

   3. No, stop processing: None of the Exemptions, Abatements, or Credits will be generated.
