Description of Issue

VA debt setoff does not select category 63 bills.

Context

Cause

Currently functionality only looks for Category 60 bills when using the Utility Billing checkbox.

Resolution

Development is working on MUN-472890 to address this issue. Please download the Tyler Deploy update with the fix when available.
