Job Opening Requisition Number character limit

• Is there a setting where we can adjust the Next Requisition Number to 9 digits?

• When creating a new job opening (clicking +1) we are seeing asterisks in the requisition field: *******

• Enterprise ERP 

• EERP

• Human Capital Management

• Recruiting

• Job Openings

• Personnel Settings

By design, the Requisition field in Job Openings is limited to 8 characters.

• We advise using ranges for requisitions moving forward.

• For example, three departments all update their requisition creation policy as follows:

  • Department 1 - 10000001, 10000002 etc.

  • Department 2 - 20000001, 20000002 etc.

  • Department 3 - 30000001, 30000002 etc.
