First Dollar and Lottery Credits Missing from Tax Bills

  • Printed tax bills do not have the First Dollar or Lottery Credits

Cause

A setting option in Tax Settings prevents the First Dollar and Lottery Credits from printing on the tax bills.

Resolution

To change the setting so First Dollar and Lottery Credits are included on the printed bill, use the following steps,

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Midwest > Wisconsin > Setup > Tax Settings.

  2. Click on Additional Settings.

  3. Click Update.

  4. Select the option for First dollar and lottery credits calculated externally.  (If there is a horizontal line, the option is not selected.  You will need to click the checkbox to change it to a checkmark).

  5. Click Accept.

First Dollar and Lottery Credits will now be included on the printed bill.
