Pay Code Type not populating in time sheet entry

Description of Issue

Employee cannot select pay code when trying to enter time under Employee Actions, Time Sheet Entry. When they select the drop down the pay code is missing.

Cause


Resolution
  1. Sign in to Time & Attendance as the Employee

  2. Click Time Sheet Entry

  3. In the bottom right corner there is a refresh button, Click the Refresh button in the bottom right screen to refresh the cache of the drop downs.

Confirm the pay code is now populating in the drop down.

Additional Information

In higher versions of Time and Attendance, when any changes are made to pay codes in Employee Job/Salary in EERP (removing a pay or adding a new pay), the refresh cache button needs to be clicked to pull in those pay code changes.Â
